TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT AND USE OF SKI STORAGE LOCKERS

PREAMBLE

These General Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: GC) are prepared by Ski Golf S.R.L. with the aim of regulating the contractual relationship between the latter and the Customer. The confirmation by the Customer implies, on their part, the total and integral acceptance of the GC.

Art 1: DURATION

The rental of ski storage lockers takes effect when the Customer receives the access key, for the entire ski season, ending on April 20.

Art 2: USER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer, when availing themselves of the ski storage locker rental services of Ski Golf S.R.L., undertakes, in particular and without limitations:

1. To use the lockers only for the purpose of storing ski equipment owned within the locker’s capacity.
   2-PERSON LOCKER: 2 pairs of skis or 2 snowboards, 2 pairs of boots, 2 pairs of poles, and 2 helmets
   4-PERSON LOCKER: 4 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards, 4 pairs of boots, 4 pairs of poles, and 4 helmets
   Additional skis or boots are not allowed; in such cases, request an additional locker. Ski Golf S.R.L. reserves the right to check the contents of the lockers at any time.
2. To use the lockers diligently and, in particular, ensure that the locker is properly closed when the User leaves the premises.
3. Not to use the lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Not to insert any polluting or hazardous materials into the lockers (such as flammable items or dangerous substances).
5. Not to provide access keys to third parties.
6. Not to eat or drink inside the premises.
7. To leave the lockers, at the end of the rental, in the same condition as they were found.
8. Not to deposit money, jewelry, technological items of any kind, or items of particular value inside the lockers.
9. The reservation for the next season with a 20% deposit must reach us by April 20 or at the locker delivery.

Art 3: VIOLATION OF RENTAL TERM

If the Customer does not empty the locker at the end of the winter season or by the maximum date of April 20, Ski Golf S.R.L. will charge the Customer for the summer season. If the shipment of the locker’s contents is required, the Customer will be charged 100% of the expenses.

Ski Golf S.R.L. reserves the right to remove any object that does not comply with the rules for the proper use of the lockers.

Art 4: PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 679/2016 GDPR). Please read this data protection policy carefully.
